Applicant FAQs

Below are FAQs and useful tips to help you get started with Aiverley.

To provide wellness coaching and nutritional therapy on Aiverley you’ll need:

  • Proof of your right to work in the UK as self-employed
  • A Nutritional Health related professional qualification
  • Be a registered member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (https://www.cnhc.org.uk)
  • A desktop PC or laptop (Windows or Mac) with
  • A smartphone – iPhone (iOS 10 and above) or Android (5 and above)
  • A webcam and microphone
  • A stable WiFi connection with at least 2Mbps speed
  • Be over 18
  • Have no unspent criminal convictions

Aiverley therapists set their own fees for initial and follow-up consultations. Aiverley will charge a fixed percentage per consultation booking.

Marking a consultation as ‘complete’ will trigger the payment process. 

All applicants need to be able to provide:

  • Proof of your right to work in the UK as self-employed
  • A recent proof of your address (not from an online bank)
  • A copy of a Government issued ID document (Passport or driving licence)
  • Professional Indemnity insurance certificate
  • Proof of Nutritional Health qualification
  • A bank or credit card statement (this can be requested by calling or visiting your bank)
  • An original utility bill (excluding mobile phone)
  • A letter from the government (including HMRC or DWP)
  • All letters must show your full address and should be recent (mostly within the last 3 months). You can also use your driving licence, as long as it matches your current address.

All therapists must have Professional Indemnity insurance with at least 3 months remaining on the policy.

You can request an on-boarding session to help you get started and shown around the platform. The on-boarding session consists of someone from the Aiverley team remotely watching your computer screen to guide you through the sign up process and portal area. Session can take up to 2 hours. You will remain in complete control of your computer and can disconnect from the session assistant at any time.
